Gentle Yoga
This class is for those who would like a more relaxing experience. It's an opportunity to bring healing energy to health concerns or injuries. This is a great place to begin if you are new to yoga.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release uses specifically designed massage balls for self massage of high tension areas like shoulders and glutes. Anne guides you through self massage and if the appropriate pressure is applied, pain releases. Participants feel like they are restored and had a massage.
Fusion
Fusion combines major elements of both the Flow and Hatha classes. Fusion incorporates both the detoxifying qualities of heat and sweat with the meditative rhythm of breath and movement.
Community Flow
Community Flow, commonly called vinyasa yoga or power yoga, is an excellent means to develop strength, balance and inner confidence. The focus is to connect your breath with movement by linking postures in a fluid routine. Continuous movement synchronized with controlled breathing creates a very vigorous and athletic practice– a great workout for your body and a work-in for your mind. Expect to feel energized and grounded after a flow class. Room heated 80-85 degrees. All proceeds go to a different charity each month.
