Anne Laderman:
Anne fell in love with yoga in 1992. She has studied intensely with Ana Forrest and Saul David Raye and is highly influenced by BKS Iyengar. Anne loves teaching at True Self Yoga in Olympia, WA, where she has been a beloved instructor since the doors opened in 2016.
Mercy B:
Mercy found yoga in 2000, and soon thereafter met her primary teacher Sarah Powers. She is an IFS Informed Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Teacher, integrating Yin Yoga, mindfulness meditation, and psychological self-inquiry into her practice. Mercy lives and loves in Seattle, WA.
