  • Yoga Flow with Anne: We'll start our time together with a gentle yoga practice to awaken your body and mind. Suitable for all levels, this session will help you find balance and inner peace.

  • IFS Exploration: Learn the principles of Internal Family Systems. Discover how to identify and befriend your inner parts, leading to greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

  • Combined Yin Yoga and IFS Session: Enjoy a unique yoga session that combines the deep stretching and relaxation of Yin Yoga with the introspective techniques of Internal Family Systems.

  • Delicious Vegan Dinner: We'll conclude the day with a nutritious and delicious vegan dinner, made with love by your facilitators, Anne and Mercy. This hearty meal will be served at Woodard Lane Co-Housing in West Olympia, and will be a time for nourishment, integration, and social connection.

Anne Laderman:

Anne fell in love with yoga in 1992. She has studied intensely with Ana Forrest and Saul David Raye and is highly influenced by BKS Iyengar. Anne loves teaching at True Self Yoga in Olympia, WA, where she has been a beloved instructor since the doors opened in 2016.

Mercy B:

Mercy found yoga in 2000, and soon thereafter met her primary teacher Sarah Powers. She is an IFS Informed Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Teacher, integrating Yin Yoga, mindfulness meditation, and psychological self-inquiry into her practice. Mercy lives and loves in Seattle, WA.
